Bob has over 25 years of experience in various equipment sales and is well-known and respected in the industry, validated by the volume of repeat customers and strong client relationships he has developed.

Bob’s first taste of the heavy equipment industry was back in 1973, when his family owned a small farm dealership selling machines like tractors, combines and swathers. Like most country boys, Bob developed a strong work ethic that is still seen in his work today. Bob’s biggest accolades was being named “Top Sales Representative in North America” for the Thomas Skid Steer line. His strength in sales was evident as he was moving more equipment than teams of 4-5 salesmen combined.

Bob believes to be great in sales you must show dedication to your customer by servicing their needs and keeping them happy. Working as part of a team is key - keep them satisfied by offering quality parts and service for the same item they purchase from you.

Lee has been involved in machine sales for the past 14 years - dating back to his ownership days operating St. Paul Small Engine. After selling his small engine shop, he moved into a full-time sales role at Mazergroup where he earned the “Salesman of the Year” award in 2010 and 2011. Out of 13 retail outlets, Lee was awarded the prestigious title for selling the most skid steers, excavators, compact tractors and mowing equipment.

Lee has always taken care of his customers and often goes the extra mile to ensure they are looked after. This trait has created many long-term customer relationships that have followed Lee to Project Equipment Ltd.

Lee looks forward to introducing a whole new, quality product line to his existing customers, and helping the sales team at Project Equipment Ltd. break new ground in the equipment industry.

Robert has been at Project Equipment since they started - he is the guy that can get you any part from the equipment we sell, and source parts on machines that others sell.

Robert works in tandem with the service department and is quick to access any part that he doesn’t already have in stock. Whether supplying parts to our service department or directly to our customers - Robert can get you what you need.
